What we do: We provide professional evaluation of gold using scientific testing methods and purchase the gold based on agreed-upon market rates. If you have pledged gold with a lender, we assist by purchasing the gold from you, which facilitates the closure of your loan.

What we do NOT do: We do not offer gold loans, personal loans, credit facilities, or any other financial services. We do not charge interest or issue debt.

All valuations provided are estimates based on live market rates and the gross weight/purity of your items. The final purchase price is strictly subject to physical verification and scientific testing by our certified evaluators.

Payments are processed exclusively via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS). AurumOne strictly prohibits cash transactions to ensure regulatory compliance and security. Payments are typically processed within 24 hours of final transaction approval.

In accordance with regulatory guidelines, all customers must complete mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any transaction is executed. This requires submitting valid identification (Aadhaar, PAN) and proof of address.

AurumOne reserves the right to decline any transaction if the provided documents are unverifiable, suspicious, or if the source of the jewelry cannot be reasonably established.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vissva Fintech Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our evaluation or purchasing services.

While we take utmost care during the testing process (which may involve non-destructive methods like XRF), the customer acknowledges and agrees to the testing procedures required to determine the exact purity of the precious metals.
