AurumOne provides professional gold valuation and purchasing services at the customer's doorstep. Our services include:

• At-home gold purity testing and valuation.
• Instant quote generation based on current market rates.
• Purchase of gold jewelry, coins, and bars.
• Instant payment processing via bank transfer.

3. Eligibility and Verification

To sell gold to AurumOne, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be the legal owner of the gold items being sold.
• Provide valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
• Provide proof of address if requested.

We strictly adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified or if the transaction appears suspicious.

4. Valuation Process

Our valuation process is transparent and conducted in your presence:

• Testing: We use industry-standard methods (acid test, electronic gold testers) to determine purity. Note that some testing methods may leave minor marks on the item, to which you consent by requesting a valuation.
• Weighing: Items are weighed on certified high-precision scales.
• Stone Deduction: Valuation is based solely on the net weight of gold. Stones, enamel, and other non-gold elements will be deducted from the gross weight.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Our purchase price is calculated based on the purity of the gold and the live market rate at the time of valuation. Prices fluctuate constantly; a quote is valid only for the immediate transaction window.

Payment: Upon your acceptance of our offer, payment is initiated immediately via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS to your bank account. We do not offer cash payments for transactions exceeding statutory limits defined by Indian law.

6. Customer Warranties

By selling gold to us, you warrant that:

• The items are your sole property and are free from any liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims.
• The items are not stolen or obtained through illegal means.
• You act on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

7. Returns and Refunds

Once a transaction is completed—meaning the customer has accepted the offer, handed over the gold, and payment has been initiated—the sale is final. Gold purchased by us is immediately sent for processing/melting. Therefore, goods once sold cannot be returned or reclaimed.

8. Compliance with Laws

We operate in full compliance with all applicable Indian laws, including BIS standards for hallmarking where applicable and regulations concerning the purchase of second-hand goods. Any attempt to sell stolen property will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

AurumOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of a specific transaction shall not exceed the value of the transaction itself.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
